This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

The grievance of the petitioner, who is working as a Pump Operator (SEM) of village-Kanthibhaunari (Gram Panchayat) is two folds in as much as it is submitted that the petitioner is entitled for regularization and payment of salary with effect from 30.04.2011.

During the course of submission the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the meanwhile, the petitioner has been paid for the year 2013-14 and the learned counsel for the State on the basis of instructions submits that the petitioner has received remuneration at the rate of Rs.1000/-(Rupees One Thousand) per month from May, 2015 to March, 2017. Such

instruction of the Panchayat Samiti, Bhograi dtd. 09.08.2017 is taken on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, he will make a detailed representation to Opposite Party No.5 (the Secretary, Kanthibhaunari) Gram Panchayat for redressal. 6.

The writ petition is disposed of granting leave to the petitioner to make a detailed representation ventilating the grievances for regularization and remuneration within a period of four weeks hence. If such representation is filed, the same shall be considered by the Opposite Party No.5 within further period of four weeks after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner through his representatives.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. 8.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
