Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

It is submitted that the petitioner chose not to avail the interim bail as granted by this Court vide order dated 22.09.2022 and therefore, he is still in custody.

Considering the fact that the seized contraband is more than commercial quantity being 350 grams of brown sugar, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore, rejected. 5.

BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
