CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH
ORDER
11.04.2022 Order No.
02.
1.
From the submission of learned counsel for Petitioners, it appears, there are controversies between the encroachers and encroachers; when one set of encroachers in filing writ petition are unable to produce the documents showing permission from the lawful owner of the property involved and also authorizing it to utilize the land in the manner utilized presently and the other side is also trying to assert their right by way of encroachment. This court finds, this is a litigation between the encroachers and encroachers. Therefore, no writ petition can be entertained involving such issue. 2.
This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. It is open to the Petitioners to find-out any other option, if available. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Ayaskanta Jena
