Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- "In light of the above sated facts and circumstances, it is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to :
a. Admit the writ petition and issue notice to the Opp.Parties by calling upon them to file show cause, b. Direct the Collector & Dist. Magistrate, Ganjam to redress the grievance of the petitioners within a time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court in the facts and circumstances of this case.
c. Pass any other writ(s) and order(s)/direction(s) that Your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience." 3.
For the nature of relief sought for and for pendency of the application at the instance of the Petitioners, vide Annexure-3 on the selfsame grounds, this Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage and the same stands disposed of directing the R.D.C. (SD),
// 2 // Berhampur (Ganjam) to look into the request of the Petitioners, vide Annexure-3 and pass appropriate orders on the same taking into consideration the grounds raised in this Writ Petition so also the documents appended thereto but involving the Parties likely to be benefited and affected within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioners.
