It is stated by the learned counsel for the State that the deed presented has already been registered on 8th April, 2022 before the Sub-Registrar, Cuttack, the matter has become infructuous.

Recording such submission of the learned counsel for the State, this petition stands disposed of being rendered infructuous.

However, if the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel State is contrary to the record, the Petitioner may seek restoration of the petition.
