Petitioner has filed this writ petition with a Order No.

prayer to quash the possession notice dated 26.07.2014 under Annexure-6 alleging to have taken over the symbolic possession of the mortgaged property on 26.07.2014 in continuation to the earlier notice dated 03.10.2011 issued under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 under Annexure-3.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a Memo dated 18.11.2022 stating therein that since no instruction has been received from the petitioner so far, the writ petition may be withdrawn being not pressed. The Memo be kept on record.
