CORAM:

JUSTICE S.K. SAHOO Order No.

ORDER

18.05.2022 01.

This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that no first information report has been registered against any of the petitioners.

In view of such submission, since there is no F.I.R. in the case and there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners, I am not inclined to entertain the anticipatory bail application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. The petitioners are at liberty to seek appropriate remedy after the registration of the F.I.R. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

// 2 // Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
