1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in paragraph-4, 9th line of the order dated 19th April, 2022 instead of mentioning the name of deceased as "Hatakihore Pradhan" "Trinath Dalei" has been inadvertently mentioned.

4. In view of the submissions as above, the prayer made in the application is allowed. It is directed that in the 9th line of the order dated 19th April, 2022 passed in BLAPL No.2778/2022 the name of deceased "Trinath Dalei" be deleted and in its place "Hatakishore Pradhan" be substituted.
5. Office is directed to carry out the correction.
6. The I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.
