1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appeal in accordance with law. If such an appeal is filed not later than 1st August 2022 accompanied by an application for condonation of delay citing the pendency of the present petition as the reason for the delay, it will be considered on merits by the Appellate Authority in accordance with law. The originals filed as Annexures be returned to the Petitioner subject to their being substituted by attested photocopies thereof. The interim order passed by this Court on 28th September, 2012 will continue till such time the appellate authority passes an order on the application for interim relief to be filed by the Petitioner provided the appeal is filed within the time stipulated.

2. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for in the above terms.
