Considering the rival contentions of the parties, this Court finds there is ground to restore the writ petition involved herein. Accordingly, the Court allows the prayer for restoration of WPC(OAC) No.2796 of 2013 thereby restoring the same to its stage prior to 10.03.2022. 4.
