2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioner is in custody since 8th April, 2021 in connection with Adava P.S. Case No.48/2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.56/2021 pending in the court of learned Special Judge-cum-Sessions Judge, Gajapati, for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C)/25/29 of NDPS Act.

4. Considering the fact that the seized contraband is more than commercial quantity being 67 kgs. 100 grams, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected. (Sashikanta Mishra) AKB Judge
