Heard Ms. S. Sarangi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. A.K. Parija, learned Advocate General and Ms. P. Naidu, learned counsel for opposite party No.2.

During course of hearing, Mr. A.K. Parija, learned Advocate General submits that the State has taken a decision to withdraw the orders under Annexures-3 & 4. In such background, Ms. Sarangi does not want to proceed further in the matter.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. 5.

Interim order dated 16.03.2020 stands vacated. 6.
