1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. After arguing for some time Mr. J.R. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ Petition with liberty to approach the authority concerned by way of a fresh representation.
