1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner appointed as Junior Lecture in Physics in MPC College, Baripada on adhoc basis vide notification no.57945/Edrr./IXE-59/91, Bhubaneswar order dated 12.12.1991. While the matter stood thus the opposite party No.1 vide order dated 19.04.1997 terminated the petitioner. Thereafter, as per the direction of the learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar, the petitioner reengaged in the said post on 89 days basis by the opposite parties vide notification no.42295/HE/11 HE-J-AP18/97 dated 11.08.1997. The petitioner claims for regularization of his service.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation in Annexure-7 on 05.09.2019 ventilating his grievances before the opposite party No.1 and the same is pending consideration.

4. Let the petitioner file a fresh representation ventilating his grievance before the opposite party No.1 along with a copy of this writ petition within a period of ten working days. On such event, the authority shall dispose of the representation within a period of two months from today.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
