This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the opp. parties to pay two increments from the date of his acquiring Ph.D. Degree with arrears and interest @ 12% per annum thereon within a specific time limit.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, he will file a fresh representation before the opp. parties and accordingly he prayed that a direction may be given to the opp. parties to consider the said representation within a stipulated time. 5.

Considering the above submissions and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh detailed representation before the opp. parties highlighting all his grievances within a period of two weeks from today along with the certified copy of this order. In the event, such a representation is filed, the opp. parties would do

well to dispose of the said representation filed by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
