1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner appointed as Junior Lecture in History in Government Science College, Chhatrapur on adhoc basis vide notification no.58012/End, Bhubaneswar dated 12.12.1991. While the matter stood thus the opposite party No.1 vide order dated 19.04.1997 terminated the petitioner from his service. Thereafter, as per the direction of the learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No.1202/1997, the opposite parties reengaged the petitioner in the said post on 89 days basis vide notification no.42295/HE/11 HE-J-AP-18/97 dated 11.08.1997. The petitioner claims for regularization of his service.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation under Annexure-6 on 21.08.2017 ventilating his grievances before the opposite party No.1 and the same is pending consideration.

3. Let the petitioner file a fresh representation ventilating his grievance before the opposite party No.1 along with a copy of this writ petition within a period of ten working days. On such event, the authority shall dispose of the representation within a period of two months from today.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
