2. None appears for the petitioner at the time of call.

3. Perused the record. The petitioner files this writ petition seeking to direct the opposite parties Nos. 1 and 2 to allow him to participate in tender as they accepted the same of opposite parties Nos. 3 and 4 in absence of audited balance sheet of the year 20132014.

4. Since the period of tender has already been expired, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.

5. As the restrictions due to resurgence of Covid-19 are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the Advocate concerned
