1. Heard Ms. D. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Appellants and Mr. S.S. Kasyap, learned C.G.C. for the Respondent-Union of India.

2. The simple grievance of the claimants-Appellants is against the direction of the learned Tribunal to open Bank Account near their place of residence. According to Ms. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the claimants-Appellants, that, in terms of the direction of the learned Tribunal dated 28.01.2020, the place of residence has to be considered at Rayagada and accordingly the Bank Account has to be opened at Rayagada. She further submits that, the claimants are presently residing at Khodasingi, Berhampur in the district of Ganjam in search of their livelihood. Therefore, the claimants may be permitted to open their Bank Accounts at Berhampur.

3. After hearing Mr. S.S. Kasyap, learned C.G.C. for the Respondent-Union of India, the direction of the learned Tribunal dated 28.01.2020 is modified to the extent that Bank Accounts to

be opened in the names of the claimants may be in any Nationalized Bank at Berhampur also.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the FAO is disposed of.

5. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
