THE CHIEF JUSTICE JUSTICE CHITTARANJAN DASH
ORDER
18.10.2022 Order No.

1. It is seen that by the impugned order dated 27th June, 2017 all that the learned Single Judge has done is to remand the revision petition to the learned Additional Commissioner, Settlement and Consolidation, Balasore for a fresh disposal in accordance with law.
2. Although there is no stay of the impugned order of the learned Single Judge in this appeal, learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the case on remand is still pending before the aforementioned authority.
