The successor-LR of the guarantor is before this Court challenging the demand notice dated 19th April, 2014 issued under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 by the Baripada Urban Co-operative Bank Limited, Baripada, Mayurbhanj recalling the outstanding liability to the tune of Rs.30,16,000/- due as on 31st March, 2014.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner in the light of the Co-operative Bank facing liquidation proceedings prays for permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition.
