It is submitted that the proceedings in C.T. Case No. 256 of 2022 arising out of Kharvelanagar P.S. Case No. 15 of 2022 pending in the Court learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar has been quashed as per order passed by a coordinate of this Court in CRLMC No. 1727 of 2022. It is further submitted that the petitioner has deposited Rs.2 lakhs as per the order passed by this Court in the present case on 02.06.2022.

In view of the quashment of the case, the amount deposited by the petitioner should be returned to him. 4.

The I.A. is allowed directing the Court below to pass necessary orders in this regard.
