In spite of the order dated 21st April, 2022, defects in filing the writ petition have not been removed. It further reveals that the State of Odisha has not been made party to the writ petition. 3.

In that view of the matter, Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. 4.

Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
