Since the tender is of the year 2011 and the said period has already expired in the meantime, the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time. However, if any cause of action still survives, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum as per the terms of the agreement itself.

The interim order passed earlier shall stand vacated. 4.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
