04. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. A.P. Bose, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Ch. S. Mishra, learned AGA appearing for the Opp. Parties.
3. Admittedly, the Petitioner is facing a Vigilance Proceeding with submission of charge sheet since 30.09.2016 i.e. prior to retirement of the Petitioner.
4. In view of such pendency of the Vigilance Proceeding as admitted by the Petitioner no direction can be issued for release of the pensionary benefits. If so advised the Petitioner is directed to take steps for early disposal of the said Vigilance Proceeding.
