This matter is taken up through virtual mode. This is an application for extension of the period of interim bail as granted vide order dated 19th May, 2022 passed in I.A. No.827/2022.

Considering the submissions made and the grounds on which the prayer for extension of interim bail has been made, I am inclined to allow the same. The interim bail is extended for a period of three weeks. The Petitioner shall surrender immediately after expiry of the aforesaid period.
