1. If not already disposed of, the Petitioners' representation (Annexure-1) shall be examined by the Tahasildar, Kakatpur, and after issuing notice to the Petitioners as well as Opposite Party No.4 and giving them an opportunity of hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 9th January, 2023. The said order shall be made available to the parties within a week thereafter. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any view in the matter.
