This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

This is application for modification of order dated 18.02.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.2089 of 2020.

Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the Petition; the order dated 18.02.2022 stands modified to the extent that in the 5th line of paragraph-3 of the order, the offence under Section "354/354-B of the IPC" be substituted by Section"427 of the IPC".

Necessary correction is carried out in the order accordingly.

In view of the above correction, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioners before the Court in seisin of the case be extended by three weeks more with effect from today. 3.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
