Mr. D.N. Rath, learned counsel for the petitioners contended that though the petitioners have challenged the order dated 01.12.2011 under Annexure-5 passed by the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.416(C) of 1993, rejecting the claim of the petitioners with regard to grant of trained graduate scale of pay, but during pendency of the writ petition, the benefit has already extended to them from October 2020. Thereby, the petitioners do not want to press this writ petition with liberty to pursue their remedy before the appropriate forum, if any cause of action still survives.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed with liberty aforesaid. Ashok /Sukanta ...........................
