The grievance of the Petitioner is that in spite of interim order passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in Consumer Case No.58 of 2021, no power supply has been made his Ice Factory, as the District Consumer Forum is not functioning.

Considering the aforesaid fact and submissions made, this Court dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Opposite Party No.1-Chief Executive Officer, Tata Power Northern Odisha Distribution Ltd, Januganj, Balasore to

// 2 // comply with the direction passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in Consumer Case No.58 of 2021, if the amount has been deposited within seven days of receipt of the copy of this order. If in the meanwhile, the District Consumer Forum has become functional, the Petitioner may seek appropriate order before the consumer forum.
