This petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife to transfer C.P. No.6 of 2022 instituted at the instance of the opposite party-husband from the court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Keonjhar to the court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhadrak on the ground of personal inconvenience, so also threat perception at the hand of the opposite party-husband.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. None appears for the opposite party.

Since no one appears on behalf of the opposite partyhusband in spite of sufficiency of notice, as revealed from the
// 2 // postal tracking report and the convenience of the wife is the paramount consideration in a case for transfer of the matrimonial dispute, this Court allows this transfer petition and consequently directs that C.P. No.6 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Keonjhar be transferred to the court of the Judge, Family Court, Bhadrak. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid order, this TRP(C) stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
