Mr. P.K. Ray, learned counsel for the petitioner states that on the date, i.e., on 22.03.2022 when W.P.(C) No. 19032 of 2016 was dismissed for non-prosecution, as he has high blood pressure, he could not able to attend the Court. Therefore, the matter was dismissed for want of prosecution.

Considering the grounds taken in the application and after hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 22.03.2022 is hereby recalled and W.P.(C) No. 19032 of 2016 is restored to file.

Accordingly, the CMAPL is allowed.
