This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

This is the successive journey of the Petitioner in filing this application under Section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for his grant of bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Jenapur P.S. Case No.168 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1437 of 2018 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhol for alleged commission of offence under Section-147/148/325/302/149 of the IPC, for reconsideration of the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances, further taking into account the order dated 10.12.2018 passed by this Court in ABLAPL No.170 of 2018, while being not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the

// 2 // Petitioner, this application is disposed of with the observation that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the aforesaid case with three weeks hence, the earlier order dated 10.12.2018 passed in ABLAPL No.170 of 2018 shall come into life.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
