None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. Heard Mr. J.P.Pattnayak, learned Government Advocate. 3.

Perused the record. The petitioner has filed this writ petition to set aside the order dated 19.06.2012 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.3219 (C) of 2009 under Annexure-4, so far as it relates to "quashing of the order of his regularization dated 25.02.2009", by keeping rest part of the order unchanged. 4.

As it appears a peculiar prayer has been made in the present writ petition.

On perusal of the order dated 19.06.2012, it appears that the Tribunal has allowed O.A. No.3219 (C)/2009 filed by present opposite party no.6 being the applicant, by quashing the order dated 25.02.2009 passed by opposite

party no.4 regularizing the service of the present petitioner (respondent no.5 therein) and directed opposite parties no.1 to 5 to consider regularization of the services of present opposite party no.6 w.e.f. 25.02.2009 with all financial and service benefits within a period of three months. 6.

On going through the records, more particularly the impugned order passed by the tribunal vis-à-vis the prayer made in this writ petition, this Court is not inclined to accede to the prayer made in this writ petition.

The writ petition, thus stands dismissed.
