1. This is an application for modification and/or correction of the order dated 19th September, 2022.

2. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed.

3. In the 3rd line of para 3 of the order dated 19th September 2022, the "W.P.(C) No.863 of 2021" reflected inadvertently be read as "W.P.(C) No.38636 of 2020." Further, the said W.P.(C) No.38636 of 2020 will be listed in the roster Bench of the learned Single Judge for directions on 6th February, 2023.

4. The order dated 19th September, 2022 stands modified and/or corrected to the above extent only.
