This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Advocate.

The only grievance of the Petitioner in the present writ application is that his Original Application bearing O.A.No.486(C) of 2019 which was filed before the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack has not been transferred to this Court. Therefore, he seeks for a direction for transfer of the said original application to this Court.

Learned Additional Government Advocate on the other hand submits that the original application pending before the learned Tribunal has been transferred to this Court. Therefore, no separate direction is necessary.

Considering the submissions, the Registry is directed to list the original application, which must have been converted in the meantime as WPC(OAC) No.468 of 2019, in the first week of July, 2022. 6.

The writ application stands disposed of.
