Considering the submission of Mr. Dash, learned counsel for Petitioners, this Court directs, in the event pleadings in C.S. No.1846 of 2013(F.D) are already completed, all attempt shall be made by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Bhubaneswar to conclude the proceeding vide C.S. No.1846 of 2013 (F.D.) at least within a period of nine months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioners. Petitioners are prohibited from taking any unnecessary adjournment in the Court below and are also prohibited from filing any unnecessary I.As therein. 2.

The Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
