This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.
Since on instruction, Ms. Tripathy, learned Additional Standing Counsel (Vigilance) submits that in the meantime, technical inspection of the building of the petitioner has already been completed and the authorities have no objection if the petitioner carries out further construction on the said building, Ms. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
