Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- "Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, it is therefore, prayed that your Lordships may be pleased to issue a Rule Nisi calling upon the Opposite Parties to show cause as to why appropriate order/direction shall not be issued to the Opp.Parties to issue the Conversion ROR in favour of the present petitioner within a short and stipulated period of time.
And grant any other relief as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

It is stated, in spite of taking all steps the Petitioner is yet to be provided with the conversion ROR. In the said regard, it appears, the Petitioner has made a request to the Tahasildar, Harabhanga, Boudh, vide Annexure-4, which appears to be kept pending. 4.
Keeping in view a decision is required to be taken by the Tahasildar, the matter stands disposed of directing the Tahasildar,
// 2 // Harabhanga, O.P.4 to take early step on the request of the Petitioner by complete the entire exercise within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order.
