Mr.P.C.Acharya, learned counsel for the Petitioners makes a fair statement that in the event W.P.(C) No.4777/2011 got disposed of, there is no purpose in keeping the present Writ Petition pending any further.

In the circumstance, this Court since finds, W.P.(C) No.4777/2011 is already disposed of finally by order of this Court dated 24.6.2016, there is no requirement of keeping the present Writ Petition pending any further. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of as not pressed. Interim order of this Court dated 9.2.2012 passed in Misc. Case No.1073 of 2012 stands vacated.
