Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for Petitioner that not only the pleadings in C.S. No.259 of 2014 are already completed, but the issues therein have also been framed in the meantime, this Court directs the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Angul to conclude the proceeding vide C.S. No.259 of 2014 within a period of nine months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. Petitioner is prohibited from taking any unnecessary adjournment in the Court below and also from creating any obstruction in hearing of the C.S. No.259 of 2014. 2.

The Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
