Challenging the interim order dated 06.04.2018 passed in O.A. No. 884 (C) of 2018, the petitioner has approached this Court in the present writ petition.

This Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition, as the same has been filed against the interim order passed by the tribunal. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise all such points which are taken before this Court in the present writ petition, at the time of hearing of the above O.A., if the same has not yet been disposed of. 4.
