This writ petition involves a challenge to the action of the Cuttack Development Authority pursuant to the development taken place involving the show cause vide Annexure-4. It is submitted that pursuant to the notice to show cause in the year 2015 a response vide Annexure-5 was filed. It is alleged that though there was personal hearing at the relevant point of time, there is no final outcome involving such show cause notice as of now and the Petitioner is, therefore, suffering immensely.

Considering the grievance of the Petitioner and keeping in view the submission of Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Cuttack Development Authority that in fact there is no outcome on the issue as of now and since the personal hearing conducted in the
// 2 // year 2016 becomes innocuous for the loss of sufficient time in the meantime, this Court directs, the competent authority shall enter into personal hearing involving all the parties concerned pursuant to the notice to show cause at Annexure-5 and decision, as appropriate, be passed, by concluding the entire exercise within a period of three months from the date of communication of a copy of this order by the Petitioner and result of such exercise shall also be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of one week thereafter. 3.
