Mr. Sk. Zafrulla, learned ASC submits that, the victim girl was rescued on 09.05.2012 and her statement was recorded U/S. 164 Cr. P.C. wherein, the victim girl desired to stay with her husband and father-in-law and did not want to return to her father's house. 4.

Accordingly, she was given in custody of her father-in-law by the Police.

In view of such fact, nothing survives for consideration in the present WPCRL and the same is accordingly disposed of. 6.
