1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the CRLMC with liberty to surrender before the concerned court.

2. Accordingly, the CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. In the event the Petitioner surrenders before the concerned court within a period of four weeks from today and prays for bail, his prayer for bail shall be considered in accordance with law including the ground of parity if any applicable, on the same day.
