This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate.

The petitioner has filed the present writ application seeking for a direction to Opposite Parties to fix the Grade Pay of the Petitioner at the rate of Rs.4600/- as per Clause-10 of the Government Resolution dated 06.02.2013 under Annexure-1 from the date of completion of 30 years of service, as deemed just and proper.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has submitted a representation dated 10.01.2022 before the Divisional Forest Officer, Athagarh Division, Cuttack, Opposite Party No.5 under Annexure-6. which is stated to be pending before him and till date no action has been taken on the representation of the Petitioner. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that a direction may be issued to the Opposite Party No. 4
// 2 // to consider the representation of the Petitioner within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission directing Opposite Party No.5 to consider the representation filed by the Petitioner dated 10.01.2022 under Annexure-6 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation the writ petition is disposed of. 7.
