The petitioner has filed this writ petition with a prayer to quash the order dated 12.10.2012 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No.1497/2011 and O.A. No.1404/2011 under Annexure-1 and further to declare the order dated 19.01.2011 passed by the opp. party No.1 under Annexure-7 is a valid one.

Since none is there on behalf of the petitioner to prosecute the matter and the petitioner has retired from service by attending the age of superannuation in the meantime, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, as infructuous.
