Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.16892 of 2021 has been complied with passing of an order on 04.10.2021, which was served on the learned counsel for the Petitioner on 13.07.2022.

In view of the same and due to compliance order, the Contempt Petition is treated as dropped with liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the said order, if the Petitioner so likes.
