The Petitioner is a licensee in respect of Ranpur IMFL 'OFF' Shop, her prayer is for waiving of the shortfall of the MGQ of Beer of the aforesaid IMFL 'OFF' Shop for the excise year 2021-2022 on account of closure of shop due to prevailing COVID-19 pandemic.

At the time of hearing, counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition to enable the Petitioner to file a fresh one with better particulars.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
