1. The Petitioner had approached the Tahasildar, Sorada for Order No.

implementation order passed by the Revenue Divisional Commissioner (S.D.), Berhampur in OPLE Revision Case No.8 of 1988 on 31st March, 1989. Mr. Rao states that the Petitioner will be satisfied at this stage if a time-bound direction is issued to the Tahasildar to implement the said order.

2. Since there is no objection to the above prayer, a direction is issued to the Tahasildar, Sorada to implement the order 31st March, 1989 of the Revenue Divisional Commissioner (S.D.), Berhampur in OPLE Revision Case No.8 of 1988, subject to there being no legal implement, within a period of four months from today. A copy of this order be sent to the Tahasildar, Sorada, District Ganjam forthwith for implementation.
