This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Petitioner was a licensee of Sarankul IMFL 'OFF' shop in the excise year 2021-2022 and her license for the present excise year 2022-2023 has been renewed. 3.

By filing the present writ petition, challenge has been laid to the show-cause notice dated 16th March, 2022 issued towards shortfall of the consideration money and the MGQ of IMFL and beer shop for the excise year 2021-2022. 4.

At the time of hearing, it is conceded that against the aforesaid show-cause, a reply already stands filed and final order by the competent authority is yet to be passed. It is also not disputed that for the aforesaid non-deposit of the shortfall of MGQ in the show-cause, no prejudice as on today has been caused as the license has been renewed for the excise year 2022-2023. It is also not disputed that this writ petition is not maintainable against the show-cause notice. Counsel for the Petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
